How bike benefit works for the employer
Oftentimes a bike benefit is offered by deducting the value of the benefit from employee’s gross salary. This makes it affordable for the employer to offer the fringe benefit while still significantly benefitting from the tax exemption.
Payroll administration for the bicycle benefit
With a fixed cost of €100 per month, the bike benefit is as easy to handle in payroll as a mobile phone benefit. We will send a payroll report on the first day of the month, making it easy to update the payroll system whenever a benefit starts or ends.

How much it costs
Typically, the bicycle benefit is offered as a salary deduction. The benefit’s value (€100/month) is subtracted from employee’s gross salary. In this case, the employer will only pay the office and processing fee — €15 per bicycle each month (including VAT 25.5%).
